ll77 Terms & Conditions
This page sets out in full the rules for using the ll77 platform, bonus conditions, payment policy, and user rights.
1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ll77 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("you" or "Member"). By accessing the ll77 website, registering, or using any service, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. ll77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali, which is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict in a translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
2 Account Registration
To access all services on ll77, you need to create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
2.1 Registration Conditions
- Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
- The name, address, and identity document details used during registration must be genuine and verifiable.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
2.2 Identity Verification
ll77 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
3 Age Verification & Eligibility
ll77 services are available to persons aged 21 and above only. Registration and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region from which you are using the platform.
- You must be accessing the service voluntarily and with full awareness.
- You must not have applied for self-exclusion or a voluntary break.
A copy of a government-approved identity document may be requested for age verification. Certain account features may be restricted until verification is completed.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
ll77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No payment methods other than these are accepted.
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The correct payment reference number must be used when making a deposit.
- Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered to the account holder; third-party payments are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if fraud is suspected or if bonus wagering conditions have not been met.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
ll77 offers its members various types of bonuses and promotions. This section sets out all conditions for claiming and using bonuses.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or a ৳12,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, applied to the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses will be considered void.
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- ll77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering conditions have been met.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to casino games, sports betting, and other gaming activities on ll77.
6.1 General Gaming Rules
- All bets are final — once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round may be voided and the stake returned.
- In the event of a dispute over game records, server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
- The decisions of the game provider software are final and binding.
6.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows you to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets must be placed before the event begins. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bets and their rules will be determined separately.
6.3 VIP Program
The ll77 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers are reached through regular play. The weekly cashback rate differs by tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. VIP benefits may change at any time.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ll77 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Fraud, manipulation, or attempting to gain an advantage through dishonest means.
- Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
- Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
- Selling, renting, or transferring an account.
- Using automated software (bots) or hacking tools.
- Harassing or threatening other members.
- Attempting unauthorised access to ll77's systems or software.
- Creating or operating an account using false information.
8 Account Closure
A member may close their account at any time by emailing [email protected] or contacting us via 24/7 live chat.
8.1 Closure by Member
- An opportunity to withdraw any balance will be provided before the account is closed.
- Any unused bonus will be cancelled if the wagering conditions have not been met.
- Reactivating a previously closed account may require identity verification.
8.2 Closure by ll77
ll77 reserves the right to close any member's account for rule violations, fraud, or other serious reasons. In such cases, associated bonuses and earned benefits may be forfeited. ll77 will consider returning any balance that is lawfully owed.
9 Limitation of Liability
ll77 aims to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ll77's liability is limited in the following areas:
- ll77 is not liable for any loss resulting from a game being left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical fault.
- ll77 is not liable for any loss arising from a member's own negligence in disclosing their account credentials.
- ll77 is not directly liable for issues caused by delays or errors in third-party payment services.
- Service disruption due to unforeseen natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In disputes relating to game outcomes, server logs will be treated as definitive evidence. ll77 follows a fair play policy in resolving all disputes.
12 Changes to Terms
ll77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page.
